Background: Aging has a powerful impact on the quality of life in general and probably sexual functioning. Aim: This study aimed to evaluate aging various aspects female sexuality.Patients Methods: One hundred fifty women aged 60 years or older were included this study. They all married free from diseases interfering with activity. The tool used was self-report questionnaire that 29 items designed by investigators. privacy anonymity participants ensured.Results: Coital frequency decreased aging; 64.3% 70–74 reported no coitus compared 16.7% 60–64 years. spontaneous desire also 40% become rare almost never occurs with14.7% With aging, lubrication became difficult; 60% find difficulty more than 50% encounters with25% 65–69 26.7% Dyspareunia anorgasmia 100% years.Conclusion: All related activity declined aging. inability orgasm are main complaints women.
